The Model 577 Y-Adaptor was designed to allow high visibility of the status lights on a CWL monitor locally and remotely.
The CWL monitor could be placed in a 575 along with the Y-Adaptor and then a 575ES could be connected with an extension cable and mounted up to 200 ft away.
